Got a retainer from them and they had an offer that if you returned the $95 you pay for the consultation goes toward the retainer. I wasn’t told it expired in... 6 months so when I came back it had expired. Asked to make an exception and the finance manager didn’t want to talk to me directly. Offered the $95 for another appointment if I came back. Feel like they didn’t want to help me and I probably won’t come back. Feels like they could have made an exception and chose not to. It was just really expensive. Office is nice and they’re friendly but I was put off by it.Update: office manager called and issued the refund. Thanks Emily :)read more
